Over and above his primary interest in diverse reading, he had been involved in dramatic and musical activities along with his talented wife.
The couple were known as Appa and Vahini among the Maharashtrian community in Delhi.
A distinguished pair, always busy with one or other social, dramatic or musical activity for over 30 years of their active tenure in Delhi Maharashtrian Social circle.
During their grey years they were known in Karol Bagh, as
Do Hanso ka Jodaa, inseparable even in their evening stroll.
